Brigitte was an Emeritus Senior Researcher at LSPM. She had held leadership positions within the laboratory and taken on significant team responsibilities for many years.
Beyond her scientific dynamism and remarkable contributions to research, she proudly represented LSPM, particularly through the Labex SEAM, the Francilian Mechanics Federation, and was involved in various CNRS bodies.
But Brigitte was much more than a colleague: deeply attached to our university and our region, she was a committed person, full of energy, overflowing with enthusiasm and kindness.
We also wish to honor her outstanding human qualities, her spirit of sharing and passing on knowledge, as well as her constant dedication to students and young researchers.
This sudden loss deeply shocks us. It is an immense loss for the LSPM laboratory and, by extension, for the university, as well as for the entire scientific community that had the privilege of working alongside her. She leaves us at a time when she was training many young researchers, who will miss her dearly, just as her colleagues will.
